#GoLeftSometimes
After releasing his debut album “pushing 21 since 17” in March to great reviews across earlier this year and having followed with singles every month since, one can truly say Sigurd K is one of the most prolific artists on the Norwegian music scene, no matter what genre!

In sigurds words:
“With this EP I wanted to stop worrying about whether the music was supposed to fit somewhere and just make the records I actually wanted to hear.
I’ve leaned further away from the more radio friendly side of my sound and gone all in on the vibe, production, groove and emotion. A lot of these tracks started from very simple ideas, but I’ve pushed them as far as I could while trying to preserve that initial spark that made me want to make them in the first place. I feel like I’ve found a sound that is genuinely mine with this EP, and that’s probably what I’m the most excited about.
Looking back at the album, it feels pretty surreal to see how much has happened since it came out. What started as a very solo, heads down grind has slowly turned into something where I’m getting noticed and supported by more people around me and by peers in the scene whose work I’ve looked up to for a long time. The external validation has really started to ramp up, and I don’t think I fully understood how meaningful that would feel until it started happening. I’m really grateful for everyone who listened, supported the music and helped push it further than I could have on my own. It feels like the album closed one chapter for me, but also opened the door to a very different one.
So gassed for Go Left Sometimes to finally be out!! 💙
This run from summer into autumn has been truly crazy and honestly mindblowing to see. I’m so grateful for all the love you guys have been showing the music. Means more than you know 🫶”
