Detective James Carter returns uncut this summer!
We can’t believe this is actually happening, now. For many years, Chris Tucker’s Def Comedy Jam sets have been some of the most hilarious things in entertainment we’ve ever witnessed, but it never crossed our minds why the legendary comedian never had his own stand-up special. Streaming giant, Netflix will be providing fans with Tucker’s first ever full-length stand-up comedy special, Chris Tucker Live.
The showcase is set to premiere Friday, July 10 and will be revisiting the job that took him out of Atlanta to Hollywood. He now joins Chelsea Handler, Chelsea Peretti, Bill Burr and Aziz Ansari – who’s only two weeks removed from his Live at MSG special that premiered earlier this month.
If you’re wondering if this will be a watered down version of Tucker due to his past change up to religion, the upcoming summer special will be 100% raw and uncut, just like you’ve known him for in the past.
