Could you ever picture yourself without internet for a small period of time? Do you even remember what you were involved in before the World Wide Web slithered itself in to your everyday agenda? We think most people would go insane or crack under pressure if they couldn’t access their social media accounts, because it’s become such routine and a big part of everyone’s life. Face it, it’s almost necessary.

In the No Internet Week documentary, we journey along with a few volunteers, as we get a glimpse of what their life without the web(s) would be like; exposing their addictions to the matrix and most of all, their emotions.

From Instagram overloads, text messaging, or even catching a train with a real map; you would suffer. Withdrawal from the web might give you the opportunity to actually look up for a chance and see what you’ve been missing when your eyes are glued to that tiny bright screen. You might see who your real friends are without being connected to thousands of profile images. It gives you a chance to unloosen those chains that you put on yourself that the internet caused.

In London, we get 5 internet natives that are put to the test and not to use the internet for a complete 7 days. The internet is nearly the world’s new air, being the first and last thing we do in our days. One gentleman finds peace in his life from what the internet spits out, and a female doesn’t seem to keep her fingers off the Instagram, while getting likes from complete strangers.
