When Marvel decided to reboot the Spiderman franchise in 2012 with The Amazing Spiderman starring Andrew Garfield, we were a little hesitant. The first film was adequate and in our eyes, it set up the franchise nicely. Then we saw the trailer for The Amazing Spiderman 2.
The first thing that came to mind was “WOW.”
Just in the trailer alone, we see everything we want to see out of a comic book movie, and that includes awesome villains, crazy fight scenes, and a pretty good story (check, check and check). Jamie Foxx looks insane as Electro and the introduction of the classic Green Goblin character spikes our interest. Marvel may have just done it once again.
