Although the predominately basketball-based Jordan Brand has a slew of NFL players signed to Team Jordan; they’ve never quite fully crossed over to the football world, until now. The Michigan Wolverines will be the first team ever to rep the “Jumpman” logo on the field – officially getting the cosign from Nike and his royal airness, himself. With some help from former Wolverines DB Charles Woodson, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh was able to talk to Michael Jordan and get the game-changing deal in place for his squad.
Next month, look to see the Michigan Wolverines take the field with their jerseys, pants, gloves and more all branded with the iconic Jumpman logo.
