As a follow-up to Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close back in 2011, director Stephen Daldry will be unveiling the adventure thriller The Trash in 2014.
The film stars the likes of Rooney Mara, Martin Sheen, Wagner Moura and Selton Mello, following a group of street kids who live through searching inside garbage on the outskirts of a city. While most days of the same, the three suddenly come across a bag that contains a wallet, ID, key and map. After taking the findings to the police, the youngsters are offered money in return, but they decide to hold on to them and set out on a journey to find some hidden money, which consequently causes danger.
No release date has been so for the film as of yet.
