Welcome back Lara Croft!
After months of waiting for news on the action-adventure title, Warner Bros. has finally decided to reveal to the public when Lara Croft will be making her return to the big screen.
The reboot is now set to officially open in theaters March 16, 2018, as Ex Machina star, Alicia Vikander, will be making her debut as the lead character. The new film is set to draw inspirations from recent installments of the video game series from Square Enix, as Norwegian filmmaker, Roar Uthaug, will look to create a more relatable character in the upcoming motion picture.
Look for more details regarding plot information for the origin story of Lara to surface over the next few months, as both Warner and MGM Studios plan their spring 2018 blockbuster.
