Originally scheduled to air last summer, Stephanie Savage and Josh Schwartz’ long-awaited drama series The Astronaut Wives Club has finally reached the public. Starring Dominique McElligott, Yvonne Strahovski, Joanna García, Erin Cummings, Azure Parsons, Zoe Boyle and Odette Annable – the series focuses on a group of astronaut wives (see: title), who are instrumental in a series events during the on-going space race. While their husbands embark on death-defying missions, as well as trying to avoid the temptation from fame-driven side pieces, the collective of women soon become the forefront of the American history for the feminist movement.
