One of our favorite books-turned box office hit films, is the Bourne series that has starred both Jeremy Renner and Matt Damon. The latter has returned to the series after Renner stepped in for the fourth installment-The Bourne Legacy-in 2012. Damon returns to the franchise along with director Paul Greengrass, who was also absent from the fourth film in the series.
After being teased of the upcoming movie earlier this year during the Super Bowl, Universal Pictures is back with the debut of the extended official trailer for Jason Bourne. The movie picks up several years following the conclusion of The Bourne Ultimatum, as Bourne resurfaces and looks to expose the company that’s responsible for him being the way he is.
Julia Stiles also returns to the franchise and will co-star alongside the likes of Tommy Lee Jones, Alicia Vikander, Scott Shepherd and Riz Ahmed.
Jason Bourne will hit theaters this summer on July 29.
