2012 was a legendary year for the battle rap culture. URL brought the battle rap scene under a new fluorescent spotlight. They brought back the legends at Summer Madness 2 (Murda Mook, Loaded Lux and Serious Jones back the ring again), something we thought would never happen. Sparks flew, durags were tied and history was made.
As a huge battle rap fan, this was an AMAZING year, a lot of classics went down, so I decided to narrow down a list of the must watch battles of 2012.
