2 Chainz stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night for a performance of “Forgiven,” the powerful opening track on his new album, Rap or Go to the League.
Supported by live vocals from Marsha Ambrosius, a choir and strings on stage, Tity Boi got personal rapping about the murder of his friend’s son. “Got a phone call from Lil’ Fate, somebody shot his son, he didn’t make it,” Chainz raps. “My head achin’, hands started shakin’, foul beyond flagrant.”
