UPDATE: According to The Blast, 6ix9ine could face life in prison. He and members of his crew are accused of being part multiple shootings, robberies and assaults against rivals as part of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. The documents claim that they have “committed and agreed, attempted, and threatened to commit acts of violence to protect and expand their narcotics business and to protect fellow members of the enterprise.”

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in charge Angel M. Melendez said this of the crew:

“Members of Nine Trey, who wielded firearms and pushed highly addictive drugs onto New York City streets, allegedly showed an unprecedented level of violence this year, and for that they are now facing multiple charges, including an incident in which an innocent bystander was shot. This criminal enterprise has no business in our city, and we will continue to work with our partners to ensure that Nine Trey crew members, including the more well-known ‘Tekashi 6ix 9ine,’ are in a place where they cannot inflict further violence on our communities.”

Over the last week, 6ix9ine has completely separated himself from Tr3yway Entertainment, including distancing himself from Shotti. Well, it looks like the two have been reunited in the most unusual affair, as the both 6ix9ine and Tr3yway Shotti have been arrested by the FEDS.

While details haven’t been released to the press, DJ Akademiks confirmed the story early Monday morning, as Tekashi, Shotty and affiliate Crippy have been taken into custody on alleged RICO, drug and conspiracy charges. Considering this wasn’t a normal bust; we’re assuming, much like Bobby Shmurda and GS9, that there may have been a lengthy investigation for the collective.

Take a look at the initial story below and stay tuned for more details.

Update on #tekashi69 and the indictment against him and his crew – According to cops , Tekashi and his crew conspired to commit a slew of crimes, including drug deals, armed robberies and shootings … according to the federal indictment. The feds believe Tekashi himself pulled an armed robbery on April 3 along with his ex-manager, Shotti, and 2 other members of the Nine Trey Bloods. According to the docs, they robbed gang rivals at gunpoint. The indictment also mentions the April 21 shooting incident at Barclays Center in Brooklyn … and fingers Fuguan Lovick as the trigger man. The indictment, first reported by the NY Daily News, lists 17 counts dating back to 2013. The feds also say Tekashi and associates were hawking heroin, fentanyl, MDMA and marijuana all over NYC.
