Fuck CIA Kris. . .
Before we say anything, 6ix9ine is being labeled as the person who took down the Nine-Tr3y Bloods – which isn’t the case. This new information, leads us to believe that some of those individuals have that have been speaking out on Tekashi, may indeed be undercover workers; that have been with the government before Tr3yway. Those people have been pointing the finger at everyone they want you to believe that was the snitch and not the real person behind the dirty work.
Last month, Shotti even said he still loved 6ix9ine and was only mad at him for taking the stand to identify members of the camp. So, the people on the inside are only mad at him for taking the stand and hate the person released this month for taking down the organization. The main person snitching on Shotti, Mel Murda and the others, was Kristan Cruz aka CEO Kris. Mr. Cruz was the main drug supplier for various members of Tr3yway in the mid-to-late 2010s, which he was planted by the United State Government to take down black men.
On Thursday morning, CIA Kris was formally granted his release from jail, with time served and a week. So, by next week, he’ll e a free man back on the streets, ready to work for the government again. The Judge in the case, essentially laughed at the idea of him ever being able to get inside of a street organization again, since his identity was revealed on social media in 2018. The charges brought against Cruz were: Federal Possession of Drugs, Illegal Guns, Obstruction of Justice (and admitted to Prostitution).
While facing life in prison, the government praised him for being the person to single-handedly take down Shotti and the rest of Tr3yway. This immediate release was done so that more snitches will feel more comfortable in co-operating for future 5K1 letters. Our advice to hustlers reading this, is to keep your distance from outsiders and stay off social media at all cost.
The reason the bulk of Tr3yway all copped out to less than 10 years, was because CIA Kris was tricking them into purchasing Fentanyl, thinking it was Heroine. Under state laws in New York, the camp faced life in prison for those Fentanyl drug charges alone, which they didn’t know they were initially purchasing. The U.S. Government also revealed that it wasn’t until CIA Kris started making them millions in the streets, is when Tr3yway started using cell phones.
Beforehand, everything was done in person, before the arrival of 6ix9ine; when they planned to make a transition to clean money. Kris was even receiving drugs directly from China and allegedly using cryptocurrency to pay the connect back, which was funded by his friends. They revealed that the case to give them significant time was shutdown after Tekashi went to The Breakfast Club and blew everything up.
In the court hearings, Kris also brokered sting operations, with the government supplying him with drugs to sell to people and giving them money back after transactions. The District Attorney revealed that CIA Kris had direct conversations with the Government with how to snitch on Tr3yway and confirmed that he was the person that took down: Mel Matrix, Ro Murda, Nuke Mack, Bat Young and Harv Ellison. Without the cooperation from Kris, not 6ix9ine, the government had nothing on anybody in Tr3yway until they had the entire camp of wire taps.
Kris became so deep in snitching, that he actively went out to find numerous people in the streets to pin-point things on them, not connected to his own situation. This isn’t something that a regular civilian would do, which resembles something along the lines of duties for a federal agent.
As punishment, CIA Kris was forced to pay the government $2 million in fines, as he has multiple legitimate business up and running (including cryptocurrency from China). However, the most hilarious thing of this situation, is that CIA Kris snitched on fellow inmates he was surrounded by in jail. The court reveled that he helped bring down people, that were running a drug ring from the inside last year, after the Tr3yway arrest.
Judge Engelmayer, who’s been the first New York Judge we’ve ever seen sympathetic to people in the streets, which was the case in these sentencing. On court records, the government revealed that the entire Tr3yway case was already locked and ready to go to trial before 6ix9ine pointed fingers months later.
Two things that put 6ix9ine in a crossfire, were the Chief Keef shooting in mid-town, where a Brooklyn DJ sold footage to TMZ (you can’t rob anymore artists after stealing from Young M.A too pussy). Secondly, 6ix9ine’s former driver, George Rivera, allowed the government to bug their automobiles, with video cameras and audio wires. If it weren’t for those two cases, 6ix9ine wouldn’t of went down the way he did.
Before the woman that was shot in the foot showed up to court, Judge Engelmayer was planning to release 6ix9ine on time served. It was no way that Tekashi was going to walk out of court last December.
The entire case was built on drugs and guns, which is what Tr3yway went down for, not 6ix9ine. He still went on the stand and testified for his own freedom, but is only a partial blame. 6ix9ine’s still expected to be released from jail within the next few months.
