6ix9ine Released from Jail on $150K Bail, Breaks Silence on Arrest

Tekashi is free from Rikers Island

Earlier this week, 6ix9ine made his return to NYC, after spending the last month in Europe for his album tour. Unfortunately, the Brooklyn rapper was greeted by NY authorities after his international flight landed for a previous outstanding warrant in Houston. Tekashi was immediately booked in jail and soon denied bail after appearing in Manhattan courts. Initially, 6ix9ine was scheduled to sit in jail until July 20th, before being handed over to Houston authorities to post bail in 10 days.

Luckily, with a good legal team, he was granted an emergency bail hearing and released on $150K bond. While he still has to go to Houston later next week to turn himself and get re-released again for the current assault charges, Tekashi addressed his situation in the clip below.
