6ix9ine’s Sentencing Date Officially Set, Moved Up Before 2020 for Jail Release

week before x-mas. . .

Earlier this year, 6ix9ine pleaded guilty to the official Tr3yway Rico case, where he was facing a minimum of 47 years behind bars; more than his co-defendants. After agreeing to cooperate with the federal government, in conforming that former associates kidnapped him (story seems sketchy, even with surveillance), Tekashi is set to receive his 5K1 letter.

Judge Paul Engelmayer, the federal prosecutors and his defense attorneys all agreed to move up 6ix9ine’s sentencing date to December 18, 2019 at 10:00am ET.

Originally, he was set to appear in court on January 24, 2020, however, it’s likely that Tekashi will receive time served, after serving a full year and change behind bars. Many are expecting that Tekashi could walk out of court immediately, escorted by Endeavor Agency.
