There weren’t many labels as dominant in the R&B game as So So Def. They literally had a roster of GRAMMY winning talent, with each artist bringing some of their best to the team with every album. The likes of Xscape, Jagged Edge and Anthony Hamilton all came out of the Jermaine Dupri boot camp, and went on to be successful R&B house hold names.
Considering So So Def just celebrated their 20 years in the game, we decided to pay tribute to the crew, and their R&B roster by highlighting some of our favorite videos. So So Def had the game on lock for most of the ’90s and even splashed on the charts in the early 2000’s with some Top 10 hits on Billboard.
