In Ab-Soul‘s latest interview, the TDE artist spoke on the stereotypes often placed on independent artists, and how even without a major label and distribution deal, he has no limitations. Soulo talked about Mac Miller’s intelligence, along with his passion for producing/rapping and accustoming to life in Los Angeles. “Ride Slow” was made in 10-20 minutes, and Soul’s vocals, while recorded on acid, were finished by the time the beat was tied up. All it needed was a Danny Brown verse.
