In a few weeks, the summer will be seeing a quality release from the Showoff Records and Duck Down Music conglomerate with the a Statik Selektah’s upcoming album, What Goes Around. As a follow-up to singles “Carry On” and “The Imperial” we’ve seen over the last few weeks, the New England-based DJ/producer shares his newest sounds from the project on “Alarm Clock.” With songstress Francesca handling the chorus, Stat enlists lyricist Ab-Soul, Jon Connor and Logic to leave fans intrigued for when his album arrives on August 19th.
