A Tribe Called Quest – Kids…
Before going into 2016, we never expected to get a new album from A Tribe Called Quest, but after laying down the foundation before Phife Dawg sadly passed away, it actually happened. On We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, we also got the chance to hear Q-Tip go back to back with André 3000 on “Kids…,” which is pretty much a hip-hop lovers dream. Andre comes through with a solo verse to kick things off, followed by chanting the hook and delivering a complete verse alongside Tip. One for the history books, for sure.
