Barney Artist is keeping the music coming with “Rose Thorn,” a new single taken from his upcoming debut album Home Is Where The Art Is. The track is a collaboration with fellow London artist Dornik, and sees Barney sharing his thoughts from the mindset of having just gone through a breakup.
“Rose Thorn is one of my faves from the album!” he told Conversations About Her. “I wrote this song after me and my ex broke up… plays violin it’s pretty much a representation of my love including all the ups and downs! I was so happy to get my boy Dornik on it he’s absolutely incredible and nails the vibe completely!! This one should be played on a hot day with a lovely cider.. LOUDLY.”
“Rose Thorn” follows the release of “Something True” in June, with the whole album coming later this fall.
