It’s been almost one year since Ben Stevenson released an original recording, mostly because he’s been getting his writing game popping behind-the-scenes. It seems as if this September, he will finally deliver his long awaited EP (now titled Dirty Laundry) and we can’t release a sigh of relief fast enough.
We hope you guys didn’t forget about him, but if you have, “Dizzy” will quickly remind you of how talented he is on the microphone. Inspired by 2pac and the classic Bobby Caldwell sample, Ben sounds right in pocket when he’s on his soulful shit.
