If you listened to Daft Punk‘s Random Access Memories album, “Game Of Love” should sound very familiar, because it’s track two on their latest effort. In another acoustic live performance, Ben Stevenson adds soul to the formerly robotic track, putting more feeling into it and letting the vocals carry the show atop of the piano. This actually goes hand in hand and is a direct continuation, subject wise, with Ben’s last release “Falling Off.”
This song should strike a chord with readers out there who have experienced heartbreak, especially with a hook like “There is a game of love/And it was you/The one that would be breaking my heart/When you decided to walk away.” Let that marinate.
