#Bimmy Responds…
Bimmy responds Supreme McGriff calling him confidential informant, following the release of Gerald ‘Prince’ Miller’s The Supreme Truth. Queens native James “Bimmy” Antney isn’t letting the streets rewrite his name.
This week, the former Supreme Team member sat down with M. Reck to address recent allegations made by Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff, who claimed in the Supreme Team documentary that Bimmy had been a confidential informant for over 40 years.
The accusation sent shockwaves through Queens and hip-hop circles alike — but Bimmy wasted no time firing back. In the interview, he went off on McGriff, calling the statements “straight lies” and questioning why Supreme would even make the claim now.
“How you gonna say I’m a snitch when half the world knows what really went down?” Bimmy said. “Ain’t no paperwork, ain’t no evidence — just talk.”
Bimmy also suggested that Supreme’s motive might be tied to the new wave of documentaries and street legends chasing attention off old stories. He made it clear he’s standing on his reputation — and anyone calling him a “C.I.” better come with proof.
The Supreme Team saga has been getting renewed attention thanks to recent films and interviews revisiting one of Queens’ most infamous crews. Jut as old wounds get reopened, it’s clear some OGs still aren’t cool with how their names are being used in the narrative.
