The Cash Money beef continues to get ugly, with Birdman making his own moves against Lil Wayne in the ongoing legal troubles from both sides.
This time, Baby is taking on JAY Z and TIDAL for the illegal use of his music on the streaming service, suing for $50 million because of the Free Weezy Album being on the platform. Cash Money is claiming they have exclusive rights on the material and Weezy does not have the rights to license the music to a third party.
Birdman and Cash Money go on further to say that TIDAL is making “a desperate and illegal attempt to save their struggling streaming service” and are not fans of FWA.
