Back in early December, B.o.B released his new eight-track project, WATER which was an acronym for We Are The Enemy Really. The Atlanta rapper has been pretty quiet since. After his very short hiatus, Bobby Ray is back with his first new video in the new year with the banging single “Cold Bwoy.” In the video, directed by BoB fires up the engine of an ice scream truck and escorts it around the city and loads it up with mannequins before he sets up shop and performs among them.
