Is Chewy’s case finally heading to court?

A few weeks ago, Bobby Shumrda, Rowdy Rebel and the rest of GS9 saw their trial pushed back yet again. The Brooklyn face of the hip-hop entity spoke recently on the injustice he and his friends are currently having to endure, and is still claiming his innocence on the felony weapons and drugs arrest from 14 months ago. Since being locked up, he went to touch on how he’s been living in the library, doing research on justice system and how he plans to file a 30.30 motion very soon.

He hopes to have his case sent to trial immediately, where he believes the NYPD doesn’t have enough evidence for the allegations they’ve been locked up for, leading to their imminent freedom.
