With the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton still currently the no. 1 film in America after three weeks, off-spring group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have been on a promo run to discuss their time with mentor Eazy E. In a recent interview with Huff Post Life, Bone Thugs sat-down to share a rare story on presenting The Notorious B.I.G. with his last award ever, which happened to be the night of his unfortunate night. Before Biggie Smalls passed, the group opened up on their studio session of “Notorious Thugs,” which they felt was one of his greatest verses ever.
They even cited him as a true artist to step out of his element and cater to the mid-west flows the Cleveland group is known for. Watch more from the interview, where they also discuss how 2pac showed admiration for their “Crossroads” single to help him get through his prison stint and Bizzy Bone working with him in Los Angeles for “Thug Luv.”
