Boosie Badazz recently had a health scare with news that he had kidney cancer, and not long after announcing it he had the cancer successfully removed. Since then, he’s released an album, talked openly about his diagnosis and now he has a video for a track off the album “Cancer.”
Maybe he’s turned to music as a soundscape for his pain but In My Feelings (Goin’ Thru It) details the struggles he’s been facing as of late. The backdrop for the video is the hospital, a hotel room and Boosie reading the bible. The video matches the tone and mind state that the Louisiana rapper resides in right now, and with good reason.
