Canei Finch‘s beats always caught our ear but it wasn’t until he released his Morning Music EP that he really impressed us, especially because we had no idea he rapped. For those who forgot he released the project back in December of last year (or literally slept on it when it dropped), he released a video for “The Morning Song.” The video takes him from the morning, talking to his mom, to jumping on the keys of the piano and going about his day, which ends at SOB’s in New York for a performance.
