We’ve never heard of Chop, but we’ve sure kept track of the Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment roster. Not for nothing, but it seems like they have some talent out there to keep an eye for and Chop is next in line to keep on the radar. His newest video comes by way of “Loyalty Means Everything,” which finds him on his block in North Carolina with all of his people representing by doing some dance moves, shortys twerking and putting that smoke in the air.
