Cleo Sol dropped one of the best albums of last year with Rose In the Dark. We really don’t expect everyone to know about it, but we’re surely putting you on to the follow-up. Mother came as a surprise to us, but will not go unheard. Don’t expect big features, just Cleo’s voice and jazzy sounds to bring the vibes.

“I became a mother this year, and it’s been the most transformative, uplifting, heart melting, strength giving experience thus far that led me to write this album. God’s got jokes and was like, ‘Now you guys create and have fun,’ so we did. Mother was born, and truly it was a beautiful, growing experience. We worked with a small team of hand picked individuals, who helped make this music so special and whose intentions were aligned with the honesty that I was looking for and who trusted the vision.”
