From the humble beginnings in Trenchtown, Jamaica to a mansion overlooking the ocean, Damian Marley and his son are “Living It Up” in his latest video. The clip begins with Damian showing his son where his dad used to live in Kingston where here grew up and had a room, as well as where his grandma used to live back in the day. The video then transitions to a huge party at the mansion, celebrating the good times and the fact that they made it out of the ghetto. Things are good for Marley, and he owes it all to his father. This is a lesson he’s trying to teach his son, to give thanks for what you have because those who came before him worked hard to give them the life he has now.
