For the past few weeks Deniro Farrar has released a new video for his weekly series #FreeTuneTuesdays. A campaign that is sort of reminiscent to Ty Dolla $ign’s #FreeTC. The series is dedicated to his brother who is currently serving time behind bars – 18 years to be exact – for second-degree murder. Today, the Charlotte rapper returns for his consecutive week straight to deliver a music video for his new song “Dreams.”
The chilling video, directed by James Rico, plays out in short film form and follows a young man who dreams of making it in life as a professional dancer. Everything turns gloom when the youth and his counterpart try to pull of a robbery and those dreams quickly fade away.
