Despot has been active for years, but it’s only now that the Queens rapper is putting himself out there on a solo front. With his first ever music video for “House of Bricks,” he teams up with the song’s producer, E*Vax of Ratatat, to direct it. Starring everyone from his parents to his brothers, Despot makes it a literal introduction with the inclusion of his family. The song is set to appear on his long-awaited debut album We’re All Excited, supposedly coming soon.
