When Diplo isn’t busy cooking up hits with his Major Lazer cohorts and featured guests, he’s doing it on his own time as well. Last month, the producer and hit-maker teamed up with an all-star cast of Justin Bieber, Young Thug and Rich The Kid for his single “Bank Roll.” For some odd reason the song was removed from his Soundcloud and left folks wonder why. As Diplo puts it: “other artists made soundcloud take down the Justin Bieber version because they had exclusives with him” is what lead the song to be taken down.
Instead of scrapping the song completely, Diplo didn’t want the song to go to waste and decided to have the Biebs replaced. Viral rapper Rich Chigga is the artist tapped to deliver a new verse for the updated version and opens the song up.
