The DMV rapper is fed up with the Hotline Bling comparisons
Last night, Drake took over the internet and released his official “Hotline Bling” visual on Apple Music. Coincidentally, D.R.A.M. was in Toronto for his first show in the 6ix and performed his hit-single “Cha Cha.” Unfortunately, while enjoying fans north of the border, he felt his success was overshadowed by arguably the biggest rapper in the world; and took to social media to vent his frustrations. Drizzy, who used the sampled track for his buzzing single, has mentioned his Virginia comrade in the past for having one of the biggest songs of the year. However, D.R.A.M. isn’t feeling it right now, seeing his single turn into something else. Take a look at him venting in full below.
Just performed in Toronto for the 1st time tonight and it was bittersweet.
