The term is certainly used as a term of endearment, yet Eric Bellinger refers to himself as a “KING” in the single off his latest album The Rebirth 2. As you can hear on the track, he’s looking for his queen and in the clip, he’s cruising the sidewalks of Beverly Hills with a shorty. He’s also turning up at the top of the Sunset Hills or in the bathrobe at the crib because every king does need his queen. Throughout the trippy clip, the two end up in bed together because that’s how smooth Eric is with the ladies.
