With Alpo Martinez gearing up for a rumored return to the public in media, this month an eye-raising interview surfaced. Former federal agent, Jerri Williams sat down to share information from her time with the FBI – which lasted over 26 years. In Washington, DC, she touched on witnessing the town change in the late 80s and early 90s, which was helmed by criminal activity from both Alpo Martinez and Wayne Perry. At the time, Martinez used his hustling tactics from Harlem, to take over DC, with the biggest muscle in town.
