Remember Fort Minor? The Mike Shinoda-launched project has been on and off ever since their classic Fort Minor: We Major mixtape with DJ Green Lantern and follow up The Rising Tied album back in 2005. The side-project has been resurrected in the form of HELIO, with now the first single being released “Welcome.” As you can read by the lyrics below, Mike explains where he’s been and why he left everyone hanging since the debut album.
