Saturday morning, rapper-producer Maxo Kream borke some unfortunate news, confirming the death of Derrick ‘Fredo Santana’ Coleman, who has passed away at the tender age of 27. While no official details have emerged about the situation, some are citing that it could be health related.
Last October, Mr. Coleman was hospitalized, where he found out he had both liver and kidney failure. Soon after, Santana started a new sobriety and officially cut ties with substances. However, this news comes a shock to his inner circle, as well as the rest of the rap world.
