It’s been a tough year for Freeway, but he’s determined to make it through. The Philadelphia rapper was diagnosed with kidney disease earlier this year and he is now expressing all those emotions he felt when he heard the news in his latest song titled “Heaven.” On the track, Philly Freezer runs through all the good times he’s had in his career, telling the story about when he bought his mom a house or when he felt the closest to heaven in different instances. Through all the ups and downs, he knows he’s made it through and will continue fighting the good fight.
