Whether it be an acronym for something more or not, using G.O.D as your rap name is pretty bold. Especially if you’re an up and coming artist. With a co-sign from Uncle Juicy J there’s not much you can tell this emerging artist. G.O.D just released his Juicy J exec-produced mixtape The Gospel last month that saw some solid contributions from Project Pat, Nard & B, 808 Mafia, Lil Awree and Soundz.
Today, the rising Chicago rapper is promoting his new effort with a music video for the Sonny Digital produced single “Code Red.” Which finds him broadcasting live from the studio and he hits the booth to deliver his raps as Juicy J overlooks. Watch as G.O.D. sounds off on the banging record.
