Gunna Released from Jail, Avoids Prison with Guilty Plea to YSL RICO Case & Issues Statement

Gunna Released Jail, Pleads Guilty YSL Rico Charges

Free Thugga. . .

Gunna released jail, pleads guilty YSL Rico charges, as the Atlanta rapper is the first person to come home from the case with Young Thug. As expected, the honorable men of YSL scored their first victory the week before Christmas with the release of WUNNA from inside.

The Atlanta rapper has pleaded guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge in a sweeping gang indictment, which a case was presented by the Fulton County DA to target Young Thug as a leader of Young Slime Life Records.

With YSL always being presented as a hip-hop label of the culture and spreading positivity to the youth with giveaways and donations for those in need, Gunna has already announced plans to help people this holiday.

In the negotiated plea, Gunna was sentenced to five years, with one served in prison. The one-year sentence was commuted to time served, as he’s been locked up since last winter and had no problems on the inside.

He’ll then have to use the remaining four-year balance of his sentence to do 500 hours of community service, as the brothers of YSL Records have always had no problems helping the youth, senior citizens and single moms.

Gunna issues a statement saying, “While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way.”

Considering this plea happened during a time like this, this is a sign that there may not be enough evidence against Young Thug as well. Especially with the alleged 300 people set to testify and fill in holes for one side’s argument in the case.
