Hardo is set to release his new mixtape TrapNFever at the end of next week. To go along with the other singles released in support of the forthcoming project, Hardo is back with a new video for the single “Grave Digger” featuring fellow Pittsburgh rapper Yung Gee. The two emcees show us the dark side of their hometown, where they speak on the many cases of violence in the place they call home. Something the rising rapper has spoke about in the past.
I’m the untold story of Pittsburgh. We have Wiz Khalifa, and we got Mac, but we don’t have anyone that can represent the problems we go through in Pittsburgh, or how six women were killed at a cook out and how we lose damn near 100 people a year in a small city. I’m the representation of those things and I believe I can vividly explain these things in a way to make people not want to go these routes. But at the end of the day, we are human and we gotta eat, so if they won’t help us with plan A or B, at least I can explain how to go about C and D the right way as a stepping stone if we have no other choice.
Hardo’s TrapNFever mixtape will release next week on April 15th.
