We completely slept on H.E.R. when she dropped H.E.R., Vol. 1 but the sound has been found and we’re immediate fans. While we still catch up on the last effort, we’ll have “Your Way” in rotation. The bedroom banger is smooth as fuck, has a bit of that Aaliyah twang to it and may be able to double as a jingle for Burger King under the old slogan.
We’ll be paying attention from here on out, especially when H.E.R., Vol. 2 drops.
