This past Friday, Funk Volume’s own Hopsin released his latest studio album, Sound Syndrome, that featured label-mates Dizzy Wright, Jarren Benton and SwizZz. As a bonus treat for fans, the Los Angeles rapper also premiered his new music video for the intro track, “The Pound.” Directed by Matt Alonzo, the special effect clip is reminiscent to that of 50 Cent’s “In Da Club.” Where he’s in a laboratory full of scientists who are responsible for piecing Hopsin back together with new limbs and torso to make him even better than before.
