Oakland rapper Ian Kelly is the latest signing to 9th Wonder’s Jamla Records. Today, he’s introducing himself to the masses with his new EP titled Champian.
At 27 minutes long, the project is made up of nine tracks, with just one guest appearance coming from Swank.
