Illa J Sits Down With Peter Rosenberg
Detroit rapper Illa J released his second studio album last month, which was entirely produced by Potatohead Ppl. To promote the project, he stopped by Real Late With Peter Rosenberg to talk all aspects of the project, including ups and downs of being J Dilla’s brother. He talked about the positives of having Slum Village, Pete Rock and Common making music in his basement, but also the challenges or having expectations on his shoulder.
