iLoveMakonnen surprised fans last month with his Red Trap Dragon mixtape. Up until that point, the Atlanta rapper was releasing loose tracks as well as landing guest feature spots on tracks with Skepta, Steve Aoki, Sonny Digital just to name a few. Today, Makonnen takes it back to his April released loose cut “I Remember Makonnen Freestyle” to unleash a music video for the track co-produced by himself and Brenton Duvall.
The visual for the song takes a vintage look back at the past year of Makonnen on the road and having fun at fairs. Before cutting into the second part of the video kicks in for the song “Sometimes” and in it, the video follows a blonde haired female around as she heads to the pool outside her motel.
