Drake has a lot of love for London, grime and in particular the Boy Better Know crew; he even unofficially declared himself as the “the first Canadian signed to BBK” after his surprise appearance at a Section Boyz show last month.
Last night, Skepta shared the artwork and a release date of May 6th for his long-awaited Konnichiwa album. Building on the news this morning, he took to Instagram once again to share an handwritten tracklist, which shows an OVO owl in the letter “O” of “Shutdown.” It could all be just a little sketch, but based on their history, we wouldn’t bet against Drizzy appearing on a new version of the track. He already appears on the original intro, of course.
With Drake’s Views from the 6 album out April 31st, this would keep the buzz going even longer.
